Audit Trail

Every posting, credential change, Access Matrix override, and integration call — recorded by the backend with actor, timestamp, prior/new state, and reason.

Backend connection required

No audit endpoint is exposed under /v1 yet. Audit history is captured server-side; this screen renders it once the read API is deployed — a frontend-only audit log would not be trustworthy evidence.
